Terms & Conditions
- Submission of fees after the scheduled date will incur a fine of ₹50 per day. Overdue fees beyond 30 days may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Indiscipline of any kind will attract penalties and may result in cancellation of admission.
- Students must be on time; late-comers may not be allowed to attend the class.
- Appearing in class tests and test series is compulsory.
- Transfer of fees to another student’s name is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Dishonoured/returned cheques for any reason will incur a charge of ₹1500.
- The Academy is liable only to complete the syllabus of the course. Other facilities may be withdrawn at any time at the Academy’s discretion.
- The Academy does not own any hostel. On special request, the Academy may assist students with staying options (P.G./Hostel).
- Students should submit post‑dated cheques at the time of admission to avoid delays in fee payment.
- In case of any dispute between students and teachers, the decision of the Director of Maharaja Agrasain UPSC Academy will be final.
- Students are not allowed to take leave for more than 3 consecutive days.
- If a student fails to comply with point 11, they will not be allowed to attend classes unless reasonable reasons are provided in writing to the management; failing which, admission may be cancelled.
- Fees once submitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Students must abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
